■ 行方不明の経緯

2025年10月9日午前、自宅を出た高齢男性（80代後半）が、同日夜になっても帰宅せず、ご家族により警察へ行方不明届が提出されました。ご家族が自宅で発見したメモには、山の名前や地域名が記されており、キノコ採りに出かけた可能性が高いと推測されています。

10月10日午前、宮古市内の施設付近で行方不明者の車両が発見され、同日午後、警察・消防により周辺の山林で捜索が行われましたが、発見には至りませんでした。その後も10月13日に地元警察、消防、猟友会など約50～60名体制で捜索が実施されましたが、有力な手がかりは得られませんでした。

警察の捜索はその時点で一旦終了となり、ご家族からNSAへの支援依頼が寄せられました。

On the morning of October 10, the missing person’s vehicle was found near a facility in Miyako City. That afternoon, police and fire personnel conducted a search of the surrounding mountainous area, but no findings were made. A further search was carried out on October 13 with a team of approximately 50–60 individuals, including local police, firefighters, and members of the hunting association, but no significant clues were discovered.
At that point, the official search was temporarily concluded, and the family reached out to NSA for additional support.

【捜索活動の時系列報告】

■ 捜索日：2025年11月5日（水）

• 08:00　東北自動車道・盛岡南インターにてNSAチーム集合
• 09:00　依頼者指定の現地到着。依頼者・警察・猟友会とのブリーフィング実施
• 09:38　捜索開始

【午前の活動】
依頼者から指定された山域のうち、これまで未捜索とされていた以下のエリアを重点的に捜索。

• グリッド：E3 / G4（ALBA担当）
• グリッド：F3–4（TONA担当）
• グリッド：E4（sarada担当）

未捜索エリアはおおよそ1時間程度で網羅。その後、現地の猟友会ハンターより「舞茸を狙う山菜採りであれば、尾根沿いの木陰に向かう可能性が高い」との助言を受け、捜索範囲を拡大。

これを踏まえ、F5 / G5～7 / H6～7の尾根から山頂までの区画を捜索。風の吹き上げが強い東側斜面を登りながら調査し、山頂到達後は、滑落の可能性も想定しながらF6～7 / E6～7 / D7を含む西斜面を、約20m間隔のローラー方式で麓まで慎重に確認。午前の捜索を終了。

【午後の活動】

• 14:14　捜索再開

当初は午前に探索した尾根のさらに奥の尾根および沢を予定していたが、現地で熊の痕跡（糞）を確認。また、日没時刻が早いため安全を考慮し、再度、指定範囲内の未踏区画に変更。

対象となったエリアは、川沿いのD5～7 / E3 / F3 / G3～4 / H4～5。可能な限り目視による確認を行い、すべての行動を安全第一で実施。

08:00 – NSA team gathered at Morioka Minami IC (Tohoku Expressway)
09:00 – Arrived at the designated location. Conducted briefing with the family, police, and hunters
09:38 – Search operation commenced

Morning Activities:
Initial search focused on areas within the designated zone that had not been covered before:

• Grids: E3 / G4 (Alba team)
• Grids: F3–4 (Tona team)
• Grid: E4 (Salad team)

These areas were cleared within approximately an hour. Based on advice from a local hunter familiar with mushroom gathering, it was suggested that foragers typically follow ridge lines rather than staying within general zones. The search was therefore expanded:

• Searched ridge-to-summit zones: F5, G5–7, H6–7
• Climbed the eastern slope, where upward winds were strong, conducting visual sweeps
• Upon reaching the summit, conducted systematic line searches down the western slope (F6–7, E6–7, D7), maintaining approximately 20-meter spacing to check for possible slips or falls

12:45 – End of morning session, followed by a 1-hour rest

Afternoon Activities:
14:14 – Search resumed

While a second ridge and valley were initially planned for exploration, fresh bear droppings and early sunset risk led to a revision of the plan. Instead, focus shifted back to unexplored riverbank areas within the designated zone:
Grids: D5–7, E3, F3, G3–4, H4–5

These zones were thoroughly inspected visually and with canine support.

本日の捜索活動では、目視・嗅覚・周辺の状況観察を総動員しながら、指定エリアを中心に徹底的に捜索を行いましたが、衣類・装備品・足跡など、行方不明者に関する手がかりは得られませんでした。

地形の複雑さや動物（熊）との接触リスク、悪天候による川の増水などの自然環境要因により、行方不明者が移動している可能性も否定できません。

しかしながら、ご依頼者からの要望と現地関係機関（警察・猟友会）からの助言を踏まえた上で、十分な安全確保のもと、計画された全行程の捜索活動を完了したことをご報告いたします。

No personal items or traces linked to the missing individual were discovered during this search. The possibility remains that the subject may have moved outside the area due to wildlife activity (e.g., bears) or environmental factors such as river flooding.
Based on the request from the family and in coordination with police and the local hunting association, NSA conducted a comprehensive and methodical search within the specified zones. The operation concluded safely and in accordance with the outlined plan.
