【参加報告】ARROWS 災害派遣トレーニング（導入研修）に参加

2023年5月27日（土）〜28日（日）、広島県神石郡神石高原町の帝釈峡スコラ高原にて開催された空飛ぶ捜索医療団 ARROWS 災害派遣トレーニング（導入研修）に、NSAより会員3名が参加いたしました。
From May 27 to 28, 2023, three members of NSA (Nippon Search Dog Association) participated in the ARROWS Disaster Deployment Training (Introductory Program) organized by the Flying Search and Medical Team “ARROWS”, held at Taishaku Gorge Scora Highland in Jinseki Kogen Town, Hiroshima Prefecture.

■ 研修の目的と内容

本トレーニングは、大規模災害時に備えた初動対応の体制強化を目的としており、ヘルスケアワーカーが災害医療および医療以外の災害支援について理解を深め、自らの所属組織の役割や初動対応を見直す機会として設計されています。
This training program was designed to enhance initial response readiness for large-scale disasters.
It aims to help healthcare professionals gain a broader understanding of both disaster medicine and non-medical disaster support, while providing an opportunity to review the roles and initial response systems within their respective organizations.

プログラムの中では、日常訓練では得がたい実践的な作業やワークショップも行われ、参加したNSAメンバーにとっても大変貴重な学びと経験となりました。
The program included practical exercises and workshops that are rarely encountered in routine training, offering NSA participants valuable learning opportunities and practical experience.

■ 今後の連携と展望

NSAは今後も、連携協定団体であるピースウィンズ・ジャパン（PWJ）およびARROWS主催の各種研修・トレーニングに積極的に参加し、災害派遣時におけるスムーズな連携・活動の実現に向けて、情報やスキルの共有・向上に努めてまいります。
NSA will continue to actively participate in training programs and exercises organized by our partner organization, Peace Winds Japan (PWJ), and ARROWS.
Through these opportunities, we will further promote the sharing of knowledge and operational skills, aiming to ensure smooth coordination and effective collaboration during disaster response deployments.

NSAの活動は、民間ボランティアによる行方不明者の捜索活動です。
多くの方々からご支援いただくことで、より速く、より多くの行方不明者捜索にサーチドッグを派遣することができます。皆様のご支援をお願いいたします。
NSA’s activities are carried out by civilian volunteers.
With the support of many individuals, we can deploy search dogs more quickly and to a greater number of missing person cases.
