活動報告（トレーリング案件）

東京都足立区にて、行方不明者に関する捜索支援を実施しました。
（外部機関からの依頼による案件）
対象者は家庭内のトラブルをきっかけに自宅付近から離脱したケースでした。
Activity Report (Trailing Operation)
A search support operation was conducted in Adachi City, Tokyo, regarding a missing person case.
(This case was referred by an external agency.)
The subject had left their residence following a domestic dispute.

■活動概要

現地にて原臭を確認後、建物周辺を起点としてトレーリングを実施。
一定距離において移動経路を確認しましたが、その後は臭跡の連続性が途切れ、周辺エリアを含めた検証を行いました。

■Operation Overview

After confirming the scent article on-site, a trailing operation was initiated from the building area.

A clear and continuous track was established from the point of exit, allowing us to define the subject’s movement route for a certain distance.

Subsequently, the point at which the scent trail was lost was identified, and further verification was conducted in the surrounding area.

■分析

本件では、対象者が途中で移動手段を変更した可能性が高いと判断しました。
また、過去の行動傾向および現地環境を踏まえ、特定エリアへの移動可能性についても検証を行いました。

■Analysis

Based on the trailing results, it was assessed that the subject traveled on foot for a certain distance before changing their method of transportation.

In addition, considering the subject’s behavioral history and the local environment, a potential destination area was identified and further examined.

■結果

その後、関係機関による確認により、
対象者は分析した行動範囲内において確認されました。

■Result

Following the operation, the subject was later confirmed by the relevant parties within the area predicted through our analysis.

■考察

本件では、都市部におけるトレーリングにおいて重要となる

• 臭跡の連続性の把握
• 消失地点の特定
• 行動分析による仮説構築

が有効に機能し、捜索の方向性を示す結果となりました。

行動の分析と捜索の方向性提示を重視した活動を行っています。

■Discussion

This case demonstrates the effectiveness of urban trailing when supported by:

• clear identification of track continuity
• accurate determination of the point of scent loss
• behavioral analysis and hypothesis development

These elements contributed to narrowing down the search area and providing actionable direction.
NSA’s approach focuses not only on locating individuals, but also on
behavioral analysis and guiding search direction.

今回の事案は、都市型トレーリングにおける判断精度の重要性を示す一例となりました。
今後も実働経験をもとに、より精度の高い分析と支援を行ってまいります。
