NSA Trailing/HRD Training

8月26日より随時開催してまいりました、アメリカ講師によるトレーリングおよびHRDのZoomオンラインセミナーを踏まえ、その内容を実践に落とし込む形で、各ユニットの現状における能力確認と、今後のステップアップを目的とした訓練会を開催いたしました。
Building upon the Trailing and HRD Zoom online seminars conducted by American instructors beginning on August 26, we organized a practical training session designed to translate the seminar content into real-world application.
The objective of this training was to assess the current operational capabilities of each unit and to establish clear next steps for further development and advancement.

Trailing Unit

トレーリングでは、基礎トレーニングから中級レベルの設定まで段階的に構成し、各ペアの理解度やハンドリングの精度を確認しながらトレーニングを行いました。
In the Trailing segment, the training was structured progressively—from foundational exercises to intermediate-level scenarios. Sessions were conducted while carefully evaluating each handler-dog team’s level of understanding and the precision of their handling skills.

HRD Unit

HRDでは、ブロックサーチおよびTFR（Training Field Response）を中心に、各ペアの課題や成長段階に応じたトレーニングプランを立案し、実践的な訓練を実施しました。
In the HRD segment, training focused primarily on block searches and TFR (Training Field Response). Practical training sessions were conducted based on individualized training plans tailored to each handler-dog team’s specific challenges and stage of development.

早朝よりご参加いただいた皆様、大変お疲れさまでした。今後は、訓練会の開催頻度をさらに高めていくことも検討しております。
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who participated from early in the morning.
We are also considering increasing the frequency of future training sessions in order to further enhance skill development and operational readiness.
