NSA Trailing/Disaster/HRD Training

12月8日（日曜日）AM6:30から本社資材置き場に集合しTrailing/Disaster/HRD 訓練会を開催しました。
On Sunday, December 8, participants gathered at the company materials yard at 06:30, where Trailing, Disaster Search, and HRD training were conducted.

Trailing Unit

Trailingは、市街地および住宅街周辺で各unitの課題に対しての基礎訓練を行いました。基礎となる臭跡への認識の強化は、距離を延ばさずに達成感のある結果を繰り返す事で今後のステップアップにつながります。
In the Trailing training, foundational exercises were carried out in urban and residential areas, addressing the individual training objectives of each unit.
Reinforcing the dog’s recognition of the trail scent is fundamental, and by repeating successful exercises without increasing the trail distance excessively, the teams can build confidence and prepare for the next level of training.

気温は低く風も微風でしたので臭跡に対してのポジティブ反応も分かり易いものの、今までの習慣や癖による弊害なども見えてきていますので、今後の訓練に活かしていきたいと思います。
Due to the low temperature and light wind conditions, the dogs’ positive responses to the trail scent were relatively easy to observe.
At the same time, the training also highlighted certain behavioral tendencies and habits developed through previous training experiences. These findings will be used to further refine future training approaches.

Disaster Unit

Disasterは、告知動作の基礎訓練と遮蔽状態の要救助者に対しての告知と遮蔽されていない状況下での要救助者への告知の設定を行いました。
In the Disaster search training, exercises focused on the fundamentals of alert behavior.
Training scenarios included both concealed victim placements and open victim placements, allowing the dogs to practice accurate alert responses under different conditions.

初歩犬の告知動作の強化は、どのヘルパーにもスムーズにバークアラートができる事を目指しながら距離を延ばし簡単な捜索を兼ねた基礎訓練を行いました。
For the beginner dogs, foundational exercises were carried out to reinforce their barking alert behavior.
The training aimed to ensure that the dogs could confidently perform a barking alert with any helper, while gradually extending the working distance and incorporating simple search scenarios.

HRD Unit

HRDは、捜索環境の変化にも躊躇なく対応できるような設定での基礎訓練を行いました。
In the HRD training, foundational exercises were conducted using scenarios designed to help the dogs respond confidently to varying search environments.

一定のエリア内での捜索は、ソースからのセントコーンを捉える為に、時には意欲的な機動力が必要なケースもあります。
During area search exercises within a defined sector, dogs sometimes need to show strong search motivation and mobility in order to locate and work into the scent cone originating from the odor source.

NSAの活動は、民間ボランティアによる行方不明者の捜索活動です。
多くの方々からご支援いただくことで、より速く、より多くの行方不明者捜索にサーチドッグを派遣することができます。皆様のご支援をお願いいたします。
NSA’s activities are carried out by civilian volunteers.
