【訓練報告】第2回 NSA実働想定訓練会（2024年6月8日 実施）

2024.06.08(日曜日)　半原きのこ園敷地内にて第2回 NSA実働想定訓練会を開催いたしました。
On June 8, 2024 (Sunday), NSA conducted its 2nd Operational Scenario Training Exercise at the Hanbara Kinoko Farm training site.

■ 訓練想定と目的

今回の訓練は、大規模震災により倒壊家屋が発生し、住人を含む複数の行方不明者が出ているという想定で実施されました。
The exercise was conducted under a scenario in which a major earthquake caused the collapse of residential structures, resulting in multiple missing persons, including residents of the affected buildings.

訓練の目的は以下の通りです：

• 倒壊家屋内および付随施設の検索を通じて、サーチペア（犬とハンドラー）の反応と告知の精度の確認
• 実働を想定したハンドラーの現場対応スキルの向上
• 災害救助犬十日町との合同編成によるチーム連携の強化
  
  The objectives of this exercise were as follows:
• To evaluate the reaction and alert accuracy of search dog teams through searches conducted in collapsed buildings and associated structures
• To improve handler operational skills in realistic field conditions
• To strengthen inter-team coordination through joint operations with the Tokamachi Disaster Search Dog Team

訓練中は、チームリーダーが本部との情報共有を担い、検索結果の報告・連携を担当しました。
During the exercise, the team leader maintained communication with the command post, providing updates on search progress and coordinating the reporting of search results.

■ 訓練の流れと記録

🔹AM6:25
**Team-α（ゼロ・ケイト・ゼロス）**によるエアセントドッグでの建物内捜索を開始。
🔹 06:25
Team Alpha (Zero, Kate, and Zeros) began an indoor air scent search of the structure.

→ 建物内の複雑な対流を観察しながら、犬の反応を見逃さず正確に読み取ることを重視。
→ Special attention was given to reading the dogs’ behavioral responses accurately while observing the complex indoor scent movement, ensuring that no indications were overlooked.

各ペアごとの反応・告知の違いを確認し、今後の強化ポイントを明確化しました。
Differences in reaction and alert behavior among the search pairs were evaluated, allowing the team to identify specific points for future training reinforcement.

すべての要救助者を確認し、救出を完了。
🔹 07:05
All simulated victims were located and recovery operations were completed.
🔹AM7:10
**HRDチーム（アルバ・トナ）**による更なる行方不明者の捜索を開始。

The HRD team (Alba and Tona) began a secondary search operation to locate any additional missing persons.

🔹AM7:25
建物内および屋外敷地部分で、複数ユニットが反応し、確認に至る。

Multiple units registered canine indications both inside the structure and in the surrounding outdoor area, which were subsequently confirmed during verification.

🔹AM7:45
実働訓練終了後、適性試験合格犬の基礎訓練を実施。
今後のステップアップへとつながる貴重な機会となりました。

Following the completion of the operational exercise, basic reinforcement training was conducted for dogs that had passed the aptitude test.
This session provided a valuable opportunity to support further skill development and progression to the next training level.

■ 今後への展望

今回の訓練を通して、現状の課題やハンドラーのスキル向上に向けた具体的な方向性が見えてきました。
今後も認定試験を見据え、実働に即した対応力の強化と、各サーチチームの育成に邁進してまいります。
Through this exercise, we were able to identify several current challenges and areas for improvement, as well as establish clearer direction for enhancing handler skills.
Moving forward, NSA will continue to strengthen operational readiness in preparation for certification evaluations, while focusing on the development of each search team for real-world operations.
