【訓練報告】NSA・DRDT 連携訓練会 in 新潟・十日町

2023年6月3日、新潟県十日町にて、
NSA（日本サーチドッグアソシエーション）とDRDT（災害救助犬十日町）との連携訓練会を開催いたしました。
On June 3, 2023, NSA (Nippon Search Dog Association) conducted a joint training exercise with DRDT (Disaster Rescue Dog Tokamachi) in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture.

■ 新訓練エリアにて初開催

今回は、新たに訓練環境が整備された特設エリアにお招きいただき、各エリアの特性や、消防・警察など行政機関との実際の連携体制についても、非常に貴重なお話を伺うことができました。
On this occasion, we were invited to train in a newly established dedicated training area.
During the visit, we gained valuable insights into the characteristics of each training environment, as well as the practical coordination systems used with governmental agencies such as fire departments and police.

■ 訓練環境と気象条件

当日は予想よりも気温が高く感じられましたが、湿度は低く、特に捜索訓練を実施した林内は気温も安定しており、理想的な環境となりました。
Although the temperature felt somewhat higher than expected, the humidity was low.
The forested area used for the search training maintained a stable temperature, creating very favorable conditions for the exercise.

■ パピー組の成長と基礎訓練

これまで三増資材置き場での定期訓練に参加していたパピー組も若齢期に入り、ホームグラウンドでの訓練では確かな成長と反応を見せてくれました。
The young dogs that had been participating in regular training at the Sannomasu training site have now entered their juvenile stage, and during training on their home training ground, they showed clear development and confident responses.

■ 実働を想定した捜索訓練

NSAメンバーによる実働訓練では、ブラインド形式でのエリア捜索を実施。

• ハンドラーにはチームリーダーを配置
• 「救助犬本部」⇔「消防本部」間の情報共有を含む指令系統訓練を同時進行

現場を想定した実践的な連携訓練を行うことができました。
During the operational training session conducted by NSA members, a blind area search exercise was performed.
A team leader was assigned to supervise the handlers, while a command-and-control training scenario was carried out simultaneously, including information exchange between the Search Dog Command Post and the Fire Department Command Center.
This enabled us to conduct a realistic inter-agency coordination exercise simulating field operations.

■ HRD・Trailing訓練も実施

HRD（遺体臭気捜索）とTrailingにおいても、環境やヘルパーを変更しながら基礎訓練を行い、現在の犬の反応やハンドリングを確認。非常に有意義で充実した訓練内容となりました。
In both HRD (Human Remains Detection) and Trailing, basic training exercises were conducted while changing environmental conditions and helper placements, allowing us to evaluate the dogs’ current responses and the handlers’ handling techniques.
The training session proved to be highly meaningful and productive for all participating teams.

■ 今後に向けて

NSAとDRDTは、引き続き団体間の信頼関係を深めながら、実働時における協力体制の構築を目指してまいります。

NSA and DRDT will continue to deepen the trust between our organizations while working toward establishing a strong cooperative framework for operational deployments.
