NSA Trailing/Disaster/HRD Training

12月29日（日曜日）AM6:30から本社資材置き場に集合し2024年最後のTrailing/Disaster/HRD 訓練会を開催しました。
On December 29, 2024 (Sunday), participants gathered at the company materials yard at 06:30, where the final Trailing / Disaster / HRD training session of the year was held.

Trailing Unit

Trailingは、市街地および住宅街周辺で各unitの課題に対しての基礎訓練を行いました。
In the Trailing training, foundational exercises were carried out in urban and residential areas, with emphasis on addressing the individual training objectives and challenges of each unit.

基礎となる臭跡への認識の強化は、極端に距離を延ばさずにハンドラーがポジティブとネガティブの見極めができるように今後も継続していきたいと思います。
In order to reinforce the fundamental recognition of the trail scent, training will continue with moderate trail distances, enabling handlers to accurately interpret and distinguish between positive and negative indications.

Disaster Unit

Disasterは、告知動作の基礎訓練と一定のエリアを捜索し各箇所のゼロ回答を確認しながら、該当エリアの要救助者に対しての告知を明確に区分させる訓練を行いました。
In the Disaster search training, exercises focused on reinforcing the fundamentals of alert behavior.
The dogs were tasked with searching a designated area while confirming clear zero responses at non-target locations, enabling them to accurately distinguish between areas without victims and the correct victim location.

ラストの設定は、基礎を取り入れながら達成感のある訓練で終わる事ができました。
The final scenario incorporated fundamental training elements and concluded with a successful exercise, providing both dogs and handlers with a strong sense of achievement.

HRD Unit

HRDは、捜索環境の変化にも躊躇なく対応できるような設定での基礎訓練を行いました。
In the HRD training, foundational exercises were conducted using scenarios designed to help the dogs respond confidently to varying search environments.

それぞれ異なる3つの捜索環境下でソースに対しての反応と告知動作に確認や強化トレーニングを行いました。どのunitも明確な反応ができていましたので現段階よりも更に素早い告知動作をトレーニングしていきたいと思います。
Training was conducted under three different search environments, focusing on confirming and reinforcing the dogs’ responses to the odor source and their alert behavior.
All units demonstrated clear responses to the source, and future training will focus on further improving the speed and reliability of the final alert.

本年も皆様からご支援やご協力により、NPO法人として活動する事ができました。心よりお礼申し上げます。2025年は、海外講師を招いて第2回のHRD/Trailing認定審査会とワークショップも開催する事となっております。今後も実働での捜索活動に向けてサーチドッグとハンドラーの育成に精進してまいりますので引き続きご支援ご協力の程、宜しくお願い申し上げます。訓練に参加された皆様、早朝よりご苦労様でした。
With the continued support and cooperation of many individuals and organizations, we were able to carry out our activities as an NPO throughout the year. We sincerely appreciate this support.
In 2025, we will host the 2nd HRD / Trailing Certification Evaluation and Workshop, inviting instructors from overseas.
We will continue working toward the development of search dogs and handlers capable of operational deployment, and we greatly appreciate your continued support.
We would also like to thank everyone who participated in the training session for their effort, especially from the early morning hours.

NSAの活動は、民間ボランティアによる行方不明者の捜索活動です。
多くの方々からご支援いただくことで、より速く、より多くの行方不明者捜索にサーチドッグを派遣することができます。皆様のご支援をお願いいたします。
NSA’s activities are carried out by civilian volunteers.
